For everyone’s safety, FastKarts has a zero-tolerance policy
for drugs and alcohol at all of our events.
Anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be allowed to race.
Our team reserves the right to refuse participation or entry if we believe a person may pose a risk to themselves or others.
No refunds will be issued if you’re turned away for being under the influence. This applies to all participants and spectators.
